The Ultimate Fighting Championship again held court in its home base of Las Vegas with a pay-per-view offering headlined by Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns.
Tensions were high for the main event, and the temperature rose as each man made his way to the Octagon with the UFC welterweight title at stake. Burns, the challenger, entered first to “Medley” by Brazilian musician Buchecha. The champion followed, and was careful not to be outdone as he made his walk to the tune of “No Games” by Rick Ross, featuring Future.
Other standout tracks included “Hurricane” by the legendary Bob Dylan (Ian Heinisch) and “X Gon’ Give it to Ya” from the iconic DMX (Gabriel Green). Additionally, Brazilians Dhiego Lima (“God’s Not Dead” -- Newsboys) and Polyana Viana (“Nobody” -- Casting Crowns featuring Matthew West) selected increasingly rare contemporary Christian tracks as the backdrop to their cage journeys.
