UFC 208 takes place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and airs on pay-per-view. No other bouts have been announced for the event as of yet.
Holm became an instant star when she knocked out Ronda Rousey in the second round to win the bantamweight crown at UFC 193 in November 2015. The Jackson-Wink MMA representative lost the belt to Miesha Tate in her next outing at UFC 196 before dropping a five-round verdict to Valentina Shevchenko at UFC on Fox 20 this past July.
De Randamie, meanwhile, has won three of her four Octagon appearances. The 32-year-old Dutchwomen is currently riding a two-fight winning streak, with back-to-back finishes of Anna Elmose and Larissa Pacheco in her last two outings. “The Iron Lady’s” lone loss in UFC competition came at the hands of current 135-pound champ Amanda Nunes.
