Former Ultimate Fighting Championship and Bellator MMA welterweight Ben Saunders is the newest member of the Titan Fighting Championship roster.
Titan FC officials Tuesday announced that the organization has signed “Killa B” to a multi-fight deal. Saunders is expected to make his promotional debut this summer, though his opponent has not yet been announced.
Saunders, 31, made his professional debut in 2004 and introduced himself to UFC fans as a cast member on “The Ultimate Fighter 6.” The Floridian would go on to earn a 4-3 Octagon record before receiving his promotional release on the heels of decision defeats to Jon Fitch and Dennis Hallman.
The American Top Team rep then signed with Bellator in 2011 but saw three tournament runs cut short by Bryan Baker and Douglas Lima (twice). Saunders last competed in September, when Lima knocked him out in the delayed Season 8 welterweight final.
