A middleweight clash between Uriah Hall and Krzysztof Jotko set for UFC Fight Night Berlin in Berlin has been canceled.
The UFC revealed Friday that Hall’s visa issues would not allow him to compete on the card. As a result, the event will move forward with 11 bouts. UFC Fight Night takes place at the O2 World in Berlin on June 20 and is headlined by a strawweight title tilt between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Penne.
Hall was recently tabbed to replace Derek Brunson, who had to withdraw from the fight with Jotko due to injury. “The Ultimate Fighter 17” finalist is coming off a split decision loss to Rafael Natal at UFC 187.
Jotko is 15-1 as a professional, with his only defeat coming against Magnus Cedenblad at UFC Fight Night “Munoz vs. Mousasi.” He outpointed Tor Troeng in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night “Nelson vs. Story” this past October.
