As reported last week, Legacy Fighting Alliance is headed to Rio de Janeiro for two events in July. In this exclusive interview by Marcelo Alonso, LFA boss Ed Soares reveals a welterweight grand prix for LFA 112 and shares plans for many more LFA events in Brazil in 2022.
Still very proud with the boxing win of Anderson Silva over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. last Saturday in Mexico, Soares also advises his former partner to not face Vitor Belfort in the Sweet Science. The promoter also talked about Patricio Freire vs. A.J. McKee and said that Alexsandro Pereira will shock the world just like he did in kickboxing after beating Israel Adesanya twice.
Soares also selected the most vivid emotions of his managerial career by recalling great moments with Jose Aldo, Lyoto Machida, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Anderson Silva.
