All 22 fighters who competed at UFC Fight Night 28 saw their drug tests come back clean.
The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) recently announced the drug testing results, which revealed that all fighters were tested for both performance enhancing drugs and drugs of abuse, as well as stimulants and masking agents.
UFC Fight Night 28 took place Sept. 4 at Felipe Drummond Stadium in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The event was headlined by a light heavyweight showdown between Glover Teixeira and Ryan Bader, which ended when Teixeira knocked out the American at 2:55 of the opening frame. The event also showcased impressive performances from Joseph Benavidez and Ronaldo Souza, who both earned first-round stoppages over fellow top-10 talents Jussier da Silva and Yushin Okami.
The UFC will return to Brazil on Oct. 9, when Demian Maia meets Jake Shields in the welterweight headliner of UFC Fight Night 29. That event airs live on Fox Sports 1 and will feature two more 170-pound contests, as Erick Silva faces Dong Hyun Kim and Mike Pierce takes on Rousimar Palhares.
